Role: Concept to working prototype - product architecture and engineering.

Problem

Worqen needed a marketplace where digital and local work could be matched, escrowed, and settled in near real time - with on-chain trust guarantees. No existing platform combined the matching logic, escrow, and settlement speed the product required.

Decision-makers needed a single situational picture built from dozens of fast-moving, fragmented sources - with the ability to detect coordinated activity as it happens. Nothing off the shelf could aggregate the sources and apply the analysis the mission required.
