StrataScratchSaaS · Scaling

StrataScratch

Scaling a SaaS learning platform serving 500K+ users

Role: Full product ownership - architecture, roadmap, and delivery.

Problem

The platform was growing fast, but development had become slow and fragmented. Features took too long to ship, the architecture wasn't built for the user base it now served, and technical debt was starting to block growth.

What we did

  • Took full ownership of product development and the delivery process
  • Rebuilt the architecture for predictable, repeatable feature delivery
  • Restructured the roadmap around business impact
  • Improved performance and stability under real load

Result

  • Faster, more predictable feature delivery
  • A platform that stays stable as usage grows
  • An architecture ready for long-term scale

WorqenWeb3 · Marketplace

Worqen

Solana-based marketplace for digital and local work

Role: Concept to working prototype - product architecture and engineering.

Problem

Worqen needed a marketplace where digital and local work could be matched, escrowed, and settled in near real time - with on-chain trust guarantees. No existing platform combined the matching logic, escrow, and settlement speed the product required.

What we did

  • Built from concept to working prototype
  • Implemented smart-contract escrow on Solana
  • Engineered sub-second settlement and real-time matching
  • Shaped the product architecture end to end

Result

  • A working prototype that proves the model
  • On-chain escrow with sub-second settlement
  • Real-time matching between supply and demand

Worqen is a separate company. CodeHive engineered the product, and two of CodeHive's founders are co-founders of Worqen, alongside Dmytro Kyseliov.

TacansWeb3 · Venture studio

Tacans

Swiss Web3 venture studio with 8 portfolio companies

Role: Product development and engineering for portfolio infrastructure.

Problem

Tacans operates as a venture studio across a portfolio of Web3 companies. The product and infrastructure needed to scale cleanly, stay maintainable, and support fast iteration across multiple ventures.

What we did

  • Re-architected the product for scalability
  • Paid down technical debt and structured the codebase
  • Established a stable, repeatable development process
  • Built extensible infrastructure across the portfolio

Result

  • A scalable, maintainable system
  • Faster feature development
  • Lower long-term maintenance cost

ODINDefenceTech · Analytics

ODIN

DefenceTech situational analytics aggregating 67+ real-time sources

Role: Product architecture, grant funding, and MVP delivery end to end.

Problem

Decision-makers needed a single situational picture built from dozens of fast-moving, fragmented sources - with the ability to detect coordinated activity as it happens. Nothing off the shelf could aggregate the sources and apply the analysis the mission required.

What we did

  • Built the product architecture from the ground up
  • Aggregated 67+ real-time sources into one situational picture
  • Implemented NLP-driven campaign detection
  • Secured grant funding and shipped the MVP end to end

Result

  • A situational intelligence system in production use
  • Coordinated-activity detection across sources
  • Grant-funded MVP delivered end to end

TradeFuckFinTech · Crypto infrastructure

TradeFuck

Crypto trading infrastructure across 9 exchanges, futures, real-time

Role: High-load trading infrastructure - architecture and critical components.

Problem

The platform needed reliable, low-latency trading infrastructure spanning multiple exchanges and futures markets, in real time. Architectural limits and reliability risks were holding it back from the scale it needed.

What we did

  • Designed high-load, real-time trading infrastructure
  • Integrated 9 exchanges plus futures markets
  • Rebuilt critical system components for reliability
  • Focused on performance, security, and uptime

Result

  • Stable performance under real-time load
  • Unified infrastructure across 9 exchanges
  • Lower risk of downtime during peak activity

SpilnotaPlatform · Community

Spilnota

Community & platform product, built from the ground up

Role: Full product development - architecture and build.

Problem

The product idea was strong, but development was chaotic. A lack of structure led to slow progress, growing technical debt, and limited scalability.

What we did

  • Designed a clear product architecture
  • Built the platform from the ground up
  • Implemented a scalable backend and clean data flows
  • Established a stable development process

Result

  • A stable, scalable platform foundation
  • Clear product structure instead of ad-hoc solutions
  • Faster iteration and feature rollout
